Some employees do only the bare minimum, just enough to keep their job intact. Employees with a strong work ethic care about the quality of their work. They do their best to produce great work, not merely churn out what is needed. The employee's commitment to quality improves the company's overall quality.

Transgender Bathroom policy the biggest problem in the World!!!

Oh Boy!!! Am I the only one that just cannot believe that with all the US and World problems going on that this issue of who I am on the inside has become a total abuse of you and I.
  We are actually giving this issue more play than many others. I personally believe that just because you are a freak and have mental issues that doesn't give these people a free pass to violate everyone else's rights. When will everyone wake the Fuck up and start protecting the rights of people that actually matter. I have no idea how many people claim to be transgender but I know there are Billions that are not, Yes Billions. We the Billions are not asking for the Bathroom Policies to change or at least I am not!! When will the Regular People loose as the term is used, start correcting this situation. No other issue where Billions are on one side of an issue and a few are on the other side of the issue, do we get so much movement against the masses.
  I see this more and more. One group starts crying like little bitches,wanting some stupid thing. Like men in womans bathrooms and Woman in mens bathrooms and some dumb group or politician gets on board and then guess what. Everybody else has to adapt to that stupid idea. After a while The Billions say O.K. I am stupid they are right we should give them what they want, what will it hurt.
  I will tell you what it hurts! Everybody that doesn't want a freak next to them in the bathroom but the freak and the other stupid groups got involved and we have another thing forced on us and another Right is Gone!!

Hi, Bitches today is the day, I finally get to air out my Rants and there are tons. I want to say welcome and this will be quit a time. This Blog will be filled with profanity and education. If you are offended by my thoughts and comments then I have done my Job!!! I am hear to Educate not to Offend but this is guaranteed to make most people mad out the gate!! So Lets Go!!!

Today Earth Day!!
 Yesterday I was watching the movie Racing Extinction Awesome, I feel both sad and mad the movie is the struggle between man the new cock roach and the world. Its 2016 and we have decided that Animals that have been on the earth for millions of years are here for us to consume and kill. We think it is o.k. for humans to over populate the earth with 1 piece of shit person after another because we are the King of the world and the People were are producing are worth all the animals in the world being killed off to extinction.
   In my opinion I have only met a hand full of people that I place higher than animals in my Life.The whole group of Laying around watching Tv not working or supporting, Put out as many worthless children as they can, live off the government and rune everything the founding fathers of this country and world started are not worth 1 animals life.
  I am sorry but really 2016 and we have to keep destroying everything that is beautiful in the world. Do most of the People we are making even understand anything other than texting and Facebook. I don't get it!
   We kill to eat to support all these new great people we Kill for sport we kill a beautiful Lion because we have the money and power. The lion looks so much better Dead and on the Doctors trophy wall, the only thing I would like to see is the picture of the Doctor dead and the Lion holding a rifle with a huge smile all because he could. but animals do not do that, they kill only to eat and survive.
  We are the only thing on the planet that causes a whole group or species to be killed off because we can its what we want! We are the Best or are we.
  I have been told by many self help type people that humans are the only species on the planet that does not live up to its full potential, boy is that true! 
  I just want people to really look around and see if all these fucking idiots that are being brought into the world are worth the price?
