Another Shooting more Gun issues!!

  First I want to say how sorry I am for the victims and families of the most recent mass shooting in Orlando Florida. My Prayers and Heart go out to you all.
  I have touched on this in other posts but I feel like its time to put a common persons spin on this situation.
  I being from Central Illinois grew up with Guns. From the time I was around 12 or 13 I was taught how to handle and Shoot a gun. I was out Shooting Squirrel and rabbit not much older and also learned how to hunt duck from a young age by my grandpa a big duck hunter. This being said I am in no way saying that my opinions here will be the right ones but they are mine and I will stick with them.
  Every time this type of tragic shooting by an individual or group of truly nutty and insane people accrues, we all take the wrong approach to the problem in my opinion. I understand people want to try to stop this type of tragedy from happening but this is where the rant starts.
 This radical Islam nut ball Omar Mateen would not have changed his mind with more gun control. We as People in this country can not and will not ever be able to predict when a person like this will act on his anger or rage and carry out an act or shooting like this. I have talked to people that have shot and killed another human being personally in my past and I will tell you nothing will be able to stop someone with this type of rage and the type of revenge they have planed. that being said, this sounds like a mental health problem again rather than a 2nd amendment problem. The guns them selves are the easiest thing to blame in this situation. People say well if this Mateen could not of gotten his hands on an AR15 maybe the situation would have changed and maybe it would. But if Mateen was going to act out this way the fact that he could not have bought an AR15 would not have change his mind. He would have used another weapon to obtain the same result. There is an old saying Guns don't kill people I do and that is true. No mater what your opinion on this Gun issue is the simple truth is People Kill People. I believe in the 2nd Amendment and Believe all Americans should keep all the rights we can.
  If every time a troubled Person does something like this shooting and we give up our Rights as a Nation as a People we further the cause of the Insane Shooter.
  I want to say that if the time ever arises that I need a gun to protect myself, My wife or a friend, I want the 2nd amendment there for Me,Them and You!!!
